Here is our list of Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I have to have an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
    Yes, we do ask that you have an appointment. Please call the Bridal Salon at 781-398-1029 to schedule one.


  2. How many people can I bring with me to try on gowns?
    We ask that you keep your helpers to a minimum for space reasons. Just a few please.


  3. What is the price range of your Bridal Gowns?
    Depending upon the style or designer you are looking for our gowns generally start at approximately $1,000.00 and can range to over $10,000.00.


  4. What are the cost of alterations?
    Alterations will depend on the scope of the work. We have a full service alterations department available to our Brides.


  5. How long does it take for a bridal gown to arrive?
    On average, it takes between 6-9 months. However, it may arrive sooner.


  6. Can I get a swatch of my dress?
    Yes, your Bridal Consultant can order one for you.


  7. Why are the sizes for bridal and bridesmaids gowns bigger than what I usually wear?
    All bridal designer sizes run smaller than actual sizes. The actual size does not matter because you will be properly measured by your Bridal Consultant, and most likely you will need alterations to your gown.


  8. How much is the deposit and how can I pay for my dress?
    The deposit is 50% of the cost of the dress, plus sales tax. You may pay with cash, credit card, or check. When your gown arrives, you will recieve a letter notifying you of its arrival and your credit card, on file, will be charged for the rest of the outstanding balance immediately.


  9. Am I allowed to take pictures of gowns while I try them on?
    No, we do not allow pictures to be taken unless the gown has been purchased. Once the gown has been purchased, you are free to take as many pictures as you would like.
